The show

In world premiere at the Museo della Permanente in Milan, from 4 October 2019 to 2 February 2020, "Raffaello 2020", the immersive multimedia exhibition event dedicated to the great painter from Urbino that celebrates the 500th anniversary of the death of one of the most admired artists of all times. "Raffaello 2020" is produced by Crossmedia Group and created on the basis of authoritative scientific contributions with the curatorship of Professor Vincenzo Farinella.

The new multimedia exhibition dedicated to Raphael is divided into five rooms: the Introductory Area, the Hologram Theater, the Immersive Room, the Virtual Reality Room and the Augmented Reality Room and the Artist 's Workshop . A real story that unfolds through a skilful mixture of images, sounds, music and suggestions at 360 °, aimed at reconstructing the pictorial and historical universe of this artist symbol of the Renaissance.

The heart of the multimedia sensory journey is the Immersive Room, where spectators are enveloped by an unpublished 45-minute story that illustrates the story of Raphael, his works and the places where he made his artistic production. Through the video mapping, conceived and created by the creatives and videomakers of WÖA, the viewer will be literally immersed in those sixteenth-century places, which through animations, sets, sounds and colors, will make the historical and geographical context of Raphaelesque works "relive". .
