Carte de Visite is the result of a participatory photography project carried out by Arianna Arcara, curated by Roberta Pagani, in the Crocetta district of Cinisello Balsamo thanks to the support of AESS Regione Lombardia.
The artist has opened a temporary photographic studio as a service to the inhabitants of the neighborhood, creating over 600 portraits of people belonging to different communities between November 2019 and February 2020 to investigate the relationships, rituals and uses related to photographic portraiture.
