The Kunstmuseum Den Haag is a museum in The Hague, the Netherlands. The museum is conceived as a modern palace of the arts.
Its splendid galleries house around 160,000 works of art and make it one of the largest museums in Europe. Of particular importance is the collection of modern art, contemporary art, fashion and decorative arts.
The Kunstmuseum Den Haag is also considered to be the "home" of Piet Mondrian , a famous Dutch artist from whom there are about 300 works.
Other artists exhibited at the museum are Monet, Picasso, Kandinsky, Sol Lewitt, Francis Bacon and Louise Bourgeois.
