Romagnolo Theater Museum

Romagnolo Theater Museum

The original nucleus of the Romagnolo Theater Museum is made up of donations made by the heirs of the famous Forlì tenor Angelo Masini and the famous soprano Maria Farneti. The collection was subsequently enriched thanks to further numerous donations and research carried out by Antenore Colonnelli. The Museum is divided into eight rooms, of which six are dedicated, respectively, to Angelo Masini, Maria Farneti, the choir director and composer Cesare Martuzzi and his "Canterini Romagnoli", the soubrette Ines Lidelba and the actor Ermete Novelli. The two residual rooms are occupied by musical instruments of various types and by memories of the destroyed Municipal Theater of Forlì.
