The museum, housed in a fine 16th century building, illustrates the most significant aspects of Walser life and culture through its collections. Next to the ethnographic section, in which objects of material culture tell the daily life of the Walser people, the museum offers, in a scenographic setting, an important collection of wooden statues, which boasts examples of the German school from the fifteenth century.
