Turning our attention to the visual arts, and setting aside the issue of primogeniture, it is appropriate to establish a different type of pair. The small educational project of the MAC proposes three pairs of objects, each of which could include an authentic artifact and the other counterfeit, but they could both be real or both fake. The rendezvous proposed at the museum of Lissone aims to stimulate people's curiosity; by examining the individual objects, visitors are urged to discern the original from its fraudulent copy.
