On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Croatia (30 May) and the 10th anniversary of the entry of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union (which took place on 1 July 2013), Fondazione Stelline presents the exhibition project Katarina Ivanišin Kardum. Naturales Quaestiones , which will be held from 6 June to 23 July 2023 simultaneously in two prestigious Milanese institutional venues: the Foundation itself and the Natural History Museum of Milan .
An initiative that underlines the international scope of the cultural programming of the Stars and the desire to create a cultural and interdisciplinary network between Italy and Croatia, within the city of Milan. A demonstration of this is the celebrations of the National Day of the Croatian Republic which will take place on 5 June in the Magnolia Cloister of the Stelline Foundation, in the presence of the vice president of the European Commission, Dubravka Šuica.
This important institutional project is organized and promoted by the Stelline Foundation and the Zagreb Museum of Contemporary Art in collaboration with the Natural History Museum of Milan and the Municipality of Milan , with the contribution of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs , the Croatian Ministry of Culture , the Croatian Consulate , the City of Dubrovnik and the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Culture and the Lombardy Region . The exhibition is curated by Alessandra Klimciuk , head of Art and Culture at the Stelline Foundation and coordinator of the project for the two institutions in Milan, and by Snježana Pintarić , curator at the MSU - Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb.
