Manifiesto Blanco has decided to support other Associations that operate - non-profit - on projects of social value : with the certainty that the "gift" has the ability to change situations, relationships, actions, people and ways of see the world.

For this first edition of Manifiesto in Dono - an initiative born from an idea by Myra Palange - our Association wanted to open the doors of its art gallery in via Benedetto Marcello 46 in Milan to " The strength and the smile ", a A non-profit organization that organizes beauty workshops dedicated to women undergoing oncology treatment , in hospitals and voluntary associations throughout Italy, so that they can find the strength within themselves and the smile in front of the mirror. Thanks to these totally free workshops, participants can practice and put into practice the advice of beauty consultants , not only during the guided meeting, but also at home, using cosmetic products offered by 31 prestigious companies in the sector . This synergy represents the main act of social responsibility of the national cosmetics sector, with the patronage of Cosmetica Italia , the national association of cosmetic companies.

There are 15 artists , selected by the artistic direction of Manifiesto Blanco, who have decided to join the project: Andrea Mori, Anna Giuntini, Annalisa Di Meo, Armando Tinnirello, Francesca Veneri, Gigi Tramezzani, Giulia Nelli, Johnny Pixel, Kazuto Takegami, Luca Conca, Manuela Manes, Maurizio Cariati, Mercedes Cuman, Mila Frueh, Ugo Ambroggio . Each artist has donated a site-specific work dedicated to the theme which will be set up together with the others to create an exhibition

collective , hosted in the spaces of the Gallery: all the proceeds from the sale, as well as the works that remain unsold, will be delivered to the representatives of the beneficiary non-profit organization at the end of the event.

For this reason we ask you to join us with your usual attention and participation, this time with an even more significant and important motivation: transforming pain into hope and courage into smiles .
