The Bisazza Foundation - a private non-profit organization open to the public - was founded in 2012 with a dual vocation. It is an exhibition space of 8500 m2, which collects works and installations signed by contemporary designers and architects , who, over the last twenty years, have imagined unprecedented applications of mosaic. Furthermore, it presents itself as a cultural entity in constant interaction with prestigious international institutions, in order to host traveling exhibitions and design and architecture projects, unprecedented in Italy.

The rich Permanent Collection consists of a series of installations signed by : Tord Boontje, Aldo Cibic, Sandro Chia, Jaime Hayon, Arik Levy, Alessandro Mendini, Fabio Novembre, Mimmo Paladino, John Pawson, Andrée Putman, Ettore Sottsass, Studio Job, Patricia Urquiola, Marcel Wanders and Richard Meier. Subsequently, the new exhibition area entitled: "Architectural Photography" was inaugurated. On display, works signed by internationally authoritative figures in the world of photography such as: Berenice Abbott, Eugène Atget, Gabriele Basilico, Roland Fischer, Robert Polidori, Candida Höfer, Julius Shulman and Hiroshi Sugimoto.
