It is one of your favorite exhibitions, which periodically returns to make you smile and reflect: Napoleon in caricature originates from a core of satirical prints produced between France and Great Britain during the intense years that saw Bonaparte in power, sheets of great impact that show the irreconcilable contradictions of absolute power. Arrived at the Museum thanks to the support of Fondazione Monteparma in 2015, they are accompanied by a catalog that helps to understand the many references to the current events of the time and the ingenious ideas that made these pages a means of communication of widespread effectiveness.
