Purchased in 2013 by the Pescarabruzzo Foundation to make it a museum, the Ex Banco di Napoli is a jewel of rationalist architecture that stands out for the linearity of shapes and volumes.

Shortly after, the permanent collections "Art, Image and Reality" were inaugurated, 130 works of the twentieth century centered on the theme of "historical reality" donated by Alfredo and Teresita Paglione and the collection of the "Scandinavian Impressionists of Abruzzo", the largest exhibition of Danish art present in Italy Ideal completion of the prestigious architecture of the Palazzo, the external techno-lighting made with low environmental impact technology.
