From 29 November to 10 January 2025
The Hendrik Christian Andersen House Museum, directed by Maria Giuseppina Di Monte, affiliated with the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo - National Museums Directorate of the city of Rome led by the General Director of Museums Prof. Massimo Osanna, inaugurates the exhibition of Beatrice Cignitti "The Song of Darkness and Light."
The exhibition, curated by Maria Giuseppina Di Monte and Gabriele Simongini, gathers about twenty works on paper, black and white drawings created by the artist Beatrice Cignitti in recent years. They constitute a sort of dialogue that traces the more or less secret connections between the three sculptors Andersen, Rodin, and Michelangelo, of which Beatrice Cignitti presents different interpretations inspired by some works of the three masters.
