As suggested by the double title, the exhibition is divided into two distinct sections: the House and the Stable. In the House, the main space of the Foundation, _Ruine presents the individual practice of Kerstin Brätsch; _KOVO, on the other hand, occupies the most intimate space of the Stable and proposes the work of KAYA, the collaborative project by Brätsch and Debo Eilers. The exhibition, whose title is borrowed from the German expression Ruine - ruin in English, ruin in Italian - testifies to Brätsch's now consolidated desire to expand and destabilize the pictorial language.
