From 9 April to 8 May 2022
The exhibition "Enrique Breccia in Venice" opens at the National Museum of Villa Pisani from 9 April to 8 May 2022.
The solo exhibition dedicated to the Maestro was welcomed by the Veneto Regional Museums Directorate and hosted in the prestigious seat of the National Museum of Villa Pisani where the Maestro's original unpublished works on the lagoon city will be presented. The exhibition has the patronage of the Municipality of Stra, of Riff - Rete Italiana Festival of Comics with the technical partnership of Generali - Bortoli Assicurazioni and Atipico.
The exhibition will present about twenty large unpublished and original tables to cover the three stories narrated in the book that Breccia dedicated to the city of Venice, as well as other tables that will tell the career and love for Venice of the Argentine Maestro. Furthermore, the collaboration with local realities and Venetian culture has led to the decision of a very particular and “tasty” vernissage. In fact, the second year students of the Dieffe Professional Training School in Spinea will take care of the buffet for the guests of the inauguration on Saturday 9 April, who will prepare a three-course menu inspired by the colors and flavors present in the three rooms of the exhibition and in the stories that make up the volume.
