The GAM of Turin is happy to be able to pay homage to Paolo Icaro, one of the most important figures of Italian art of recent decades, with an anthological exhibition that tells about 55 years of his work, from 1964 to 2019, summarized in about fifty works , some made specifically for the exhibition.

It is a tribute that has become increasingly awaited in recent years, due to the constantly growing interest that critics, museum institutions and especially the younger generations of artists and curators are showing for his work. GAM is proud to be able to do this in the city that saw the beginnings of the artist's personal and professional history and to be able to set up for the first time in a museum space an exhibition that spans the different seasons of his work up to the current results.
