The exhibition on the Venetian artist Raoul Schultz (1931-1971) retraces with over fifty works the brief but rich artistic career of the author; ranging from his early figurative experiments of the Fifties, exhibited in the collective exhibitions of the Opera Bevilacqua La Masa, to the more mature research of the Sixties, such as the Curved Perspectives and the New Structures.
During this period, Schultz develops a deep friendship with Tancredi, with whom he shares a studio at Palazzo Carminati. The exhibition also explores his work in cinema, collaborating with Tinto Brass, and in comics, where he comes into contact with artists like Hugo Pratt. Among his most significant works are the conceptual series Calendars and Toponymies, which investigate time and memory.
