The show

Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia and Oculus Foto Festival (OFF) present, in collaboration with the EMOP (European Month of Photography) festival, a selection of emerging European artists who propose a reflection on the contemporary representation of nature and identity.

Based on the last two editions of EMOP (European Month of Photography), this exhibition presents a new selection of contemporary works and European artists working on current issues related to human relationships with the environment, as well as on issues of gender and identity in a context of social change. Guest artists: Vanja Bučan, Krystyna Dul, Marco Godinho, Jojo Gronostay, Maria-Magdalena Ianchis, Inka&Niclas, Claude Iverné, Lisa Kohl, LABOTIV, Daphné Lesergent, Lívia Melzi, Cristina Nuñez, Bruno Oliveira, Danila Tkachenko and the Circolo Fotografico La Gondola . As in previous editions of the European Month of Photography, the general theme Rethinking Nature/Rethinking Landscape will revolve around different aspects connected to the elements of nature and landscape, between deconstruction and artistic exploration.

As part of the Oculus Foto Festival, this edition of exhibitions and meetings will establish a new platform for emerging European photographic creation in Venice.
