Salvatore Ferragamo

Salvatore Ferragamo was an Italian designer and entrepreneur, founder of the fashion house of the same name. It is said that his passion began after he made the first shoes for his sisters. Ferragamo was sometimes referred to as a visionary, for his designs ranging from more bizarre creations, often true art objects of the highest design, to lines of more traditional elegance, which often served as inspiration to other footwear designers of his time.
