From 23 May to 3 August 2025
An exhibition dedicated to Antonio Massarutto, a contemporary artist who draws inspiration from the natural heritage in which he operates, using native materials, plant essences, organic and inorganic elements, as well as the cultural and emotional imprint of the landscape and the iconographic traditions of classical art. These elements become both the concrete material with which he works and the matrix of an aesthetic research capable of synthesizing the real and the imaginative, offering echoes of history with hints of the future.
His creatures, whether sketched as skeletons and primordial forms or detailed and majestic full bodies, seem to play with time, able to root their aesthetic in medieval bestiaries or become potential inhabitants of a post-apocalyptic future.
