The fourteenth edition of the exhibition of nativity scenes and dioramas promoted by the Italian Association Friends of the Nativity Scene based in Lecco in collaboration with Simul has arrived.
A fixed appointment for thousands of citizens of Lecco and visitors, who have been stopping by for more than ten years during the Christmas period and this year will be open for visits from December 5th to January 11th.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Thursday, December 4th at 6 pm in the conference room of Palazzo delle Paure. This will be followed by a visit to Torre Viscontea, where it is set up for the second consecutive year.
More than thirty works never exhibited in Lecco will be displayed in the ground floor room including dioramas, paintings, open nativity scenes, and a section dedicated to children with nativity scenes displayed at child height.
This evocative venue, combined with the quality of the exhibited works, has been well received by the public, attracting nearly thirteen thousand visitors in the last edition.
The exhibition is free to visit every Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm and from Friday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Moreover, during the holidays, there will be special openings on the following days: Monday, December 8th from 10 am to 6 pm, Wednesdays, December 24th and 31st from 10 am to 2 pm, on New Year's Day from 2 pm to 6 pm, and on the day of Epiphany, the exhibition will be open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Finally, on Saturdays, December 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, 2025, and January 3rd, 2026, the opening hours will be extended until 7 pm.
