Fondazione Modena Arti Visive is pleased to present The light, the trace, the form , a solo show by Mario Cresci (Chiavari, 1942) curated by Chiara Dall'Olio .

For the occasion, the artist has created, within the exhibition venue of Palazzo Santa Margherita , an installation consisting of works created with different languages and experimental techniques, which have always characterized his stylistic code.

Mario Cresci has been the author, since the seventies, of eclectic works characterized by a freedom of research that crosses drawing, photography, video, installation, site specific. His work has always turned to a continuous investigation into the nature of visual language through the photographic medium used as an opposing pretext to the concept of truthfulness of reality.
