The Archetypes performance cycle , organized as part of the RIFRAZIONI exhibition will take place in the conference room of Palazzo Carpegna, according to a program that focuses on the meaning of this particular artistic expression, starting from the concept of "archetype", which Bartolomeo Pietromarchi, curator of the exhibition, summarizes thus: "Archetypes appear in myths, in religions, but also in dreams; they form symbolic categories that structure cultures and mentalities and orient the subject towards his inner evolution. Archetypes are fundamentally characterized by the fact that they combine a symbol with an emotion. Archetypes embody in the mind permanent deposits of experiences continuously repeated for generations, primordial images conditioned by imagination and representation".
