From 15 July to 26 July 2026
Just recently at the academy - now already in the museum: For the second time, this year's final projects of the graduates of the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart (ABK Stuttgart) can be seen in the exhibition titled "A - Z. Mapping the Future". The idea for this exhibition series arose from the academy's desire to give young artistic positions a visible stage in the city and at the same time to enable a close connection between the museum operation and the art school.
"A - Z" is to be understood programmatically: The works are hung alphabetically according to the names of the participating artists - a neutral ordering system that consciously highlights the artistic diversity.
The exhibition shows how differently and confidently this generation of young artists expresses themselves. "Mapping the Future" brings diversity to the museum - and makes it clear that for many of the participating artists, the future has already begun.
Works from the study programs Diploma Fine Arts, Master of Education Artistic Teaching with Fine Arts, and Master of Fine Arts Body, Theory, and Poetics of the Performative are shown.
