From 5 June to 5 July 2026
The exhibition entirely dedicated to the works of the 1st Artistic Competition of the City of Rivoli will open on Friday, June 5th at the prestigious setting of the Museo Civico Casa del Conte Verde in Rivoli. The exhibition will gather and offer the public all the canvases created by the participants who took part in this innovative and engaging cultural initiative last year.
The competition, born with the aim of involving the citizens in a transversal way and stimulating artistic research in the territory, saw the candidates face an original challenge: starting from a pre-printed canvas support with seemingly random lines – generated by the algorithm of "reverse abstraction" conceived by Fulvio Bresciani – to identify real forms and bring to life a personal pictorial work, without being able to add any additional lines.
The great success of the event and the setup of the final exhibition are the result of a close and virtuous synergy between the Municipality of Rivoli and the local artistic fabric, represented by ateliers and art galleries in the area that have promoted, supported, and curated the different phases of the project.
The project and the final exhibition are indeed the result of the collaboration between the Municipality of Rivoli and the artistic realities of the territory, which have contributed to the construction of a shared and engaging cultural experience:
• Art Gallery e20 d’Arte at the Castle by Fulvio Bresciani
• Belle Époque Gallery by Diego Sentero
• Atelier ImpArAlArte by Amelia Alba Argenziano
• Lud Chamorro Art by Luisa Diaz Chamorro
Thanks to the shared commitment, the exhibition celebrates the talent of all participants, consolidating the image of the City of Rivoli as a dynamic artistic hub, capable of bridging technological avant-garde and the craftsmanship of traditional painting.
The public is invited to discover how the imagination and sensitivity of individual artists have managed to transform a mathematical interweaving of lines into real, original, and surprising visions.
Admission is free throughout the exhibition period.
Opening on Friday, June 5th at 6:00 PM.
