Description

Ostraka are limestone splinters used as a kind of notebook for notes by artists and workers at work in the tomb. Free from traditional figurative canons, they present extremely varied iconographic repertoires like this one, where a moving dancer is represented in a sensual pose, showing the artistic skill of her designer, to the point that it is possible to recognize the search for rendering of shadows.
