The Marriage of the Virgin concludes the cycle, probably designed by Paolo Uccello and executed by Andrea di Giusto.
It has been noted - in fact - the contrast between the evocative spatial setting (the sacred building in the background seems to be a synthesis between the facade of the Florentine church of San Miniato al Monte and the Baptistery of San Giovanni), certainly due to Paolo's project, and the figures - as usual a bit awkward and inexpressive - that adhere to Andrea's modus pingendi.
