Set outside the walls of Jerusalem, where various tall buildings rise, including a cylindrical dome that unmistakably recalls Brunelleschi's Old Sacristy of San Lorenzo or the Pazzi Chapel: the scene was completed by Andrea di Giusto, and his more uncertain hand can be seen in certain figures with somewhat unstable and unsteady poses, such as the two stonecutters in the foreground.
